TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY.

Commissions are only for personal use by default. If you wish to request an artwork for commercial use, please DM me to discuss.

  • When you submit your request via DM or the commission form, you'll be put on the queue within 2-4 days. I'll message you if I've accepted the commission.

  • Being placed on the waitlist means you'll have a slot reserved once I've finished the current batch. Let me know if you want to cancel or change your request.

  • I may decline a request at my discretion to ensure you won't be receiving unsatisfactory work. Declined requests will be removed from the queue.

  • Clear reference images must be provided in the commission form or in DM.

  • Any misbehavior or attempts to file a chargeback will result in being blacklisted from commissioning me. There will be 3 strikes for violation of any listed terms before blacklisting.

AS THE ARTIST, I
- reserve all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork.
- have the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason.
- am allowed to repurpose any elements used in cancelled/refunded artworks, such as poses and backgrounds.
- do not have rights to client OCs used in commissions.AS THE CLIENT, YOU
- can post the commissioned artwork anywhere as long as I am credited.
- can make edits to the artwork when given permission by me to do so.
- have the right to request a commission to be made private.
- must stay in contact with me throughout the working process to avoid the need for big revisions.YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
- remove/change my signature and watermark.
- request for the artwork to be done in a different art style.
- trace, color, or claim the commissioned artwork (whether completed or not) as your own work.
- profit from personal use commissions in any way, such as reselling, prints, merch, NFTs, etc.

PAYMENT & PRICING

  • Payment options include Paypal, GCash, and Maya.

  • My personal information is to be kept private and is strictly for transaction purposes only.

  • 50% downpayment will be requested before starting the sketch.

  • The remaining 50% will be requested before the final work is sent to the client.

  • The price of the artwork may increase depending on character design, object/background detail, etc.

  • If you want to request multiple artworks, each artwork will count as an individual order and these will retain their original prices.

  • A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel the commission during the drafting stage. Commissions are non-refundable once the sketch is done and agreed upon.

  • If you wish to have the artwork done sooner, there'll be an additional rush fee of 50% the original price.

  • The commercial fee for artworks can reach a maximum of 300% the original price.

PROCESS

  • Commissions can take up to 3 weeks or longer (max 3 months) depending on size, complexity, schedule, and other conditions.

  • You'll be sent a sketch for approval before I start rendering. Please specify any changes you wish to make. Once everything has been approved, I'll proceed with the artwork.

  • Only small adjustments such as color correction and visual effects may be requested during the rendering process.

  • No further edits can be made after the artwork is completed.

  • When the artwork is done, you'll receive copies via email in both high and low resolutions. Both PNG and JPG files may be requested.
